Hello,
I want ask you for help. I am trying to install JAZZ for SM version 1.1.2.0. I have fresh Linux (Centos 6.7) server with firewall turned off, installed libraries and other staff. I download next 4 packages(should be Jazz for IBM ITM 6.3):
DB2_Svr_10.5.0.3_Linux_x86-64.tar.gz
IBM_WAS_FOR_JSM_FOR_LNX_ML.zip
ITCR_3.1.2.0_FOR_LINUX.tar.gz
JAZZ_FOR_SM_1.1.2.0_FOR_LNX.zip
In next step i create folder "software" and extract all of above into it. Than I have to rename DB2 folder called "server" to ese. In other case installer does not recognize DB2 install folder. And than launch launchpad.sh during the installation I get error:
Jan 08, 2016 7:40:40 PM com.ibm.frs.install.db.
SEVERE: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex, Jan 08, 2016 7:40:40 PM com.ibm.frs.install.db. ERORR: Error during "post-install configure" phase:

Explanation: A package has an issue that cannot be resolved by Installation Manager.
ERROR: The following error occurred while executing this line: /opt/IBM/JazzSM/install/frs/frs_config.xml:201
But I am not sure how to fix it...
Thanks for any answer.

I don't think Jazz SM is part of what typically gets supported here. The products sure to get air time here are listed here: https://jazz.net/products/
Maybe some of the links of the Jazz for Service Management developerWorks community might help. |
