CRJAZ2384E Cannot connect to the repository at URL

Hello-

Am getting the below error,

CRJAZ2384E Cannot connect to the repository at URL "https://jazz.ncl.com/jazz", see the nested exception for more details.

Remote host closed connection during handshake

SSL peer shut down incorrectly

I tired different versions of eclipse and made some jvm settings. But nothing is working out. Can some one help on this issue.
