Authentication hangs on CLM app login (IE) after 5.0.2 upgrade

We recently upgraded from Jazz CLM 5.0.1 (iFix005) to Jazz CLM 5.0.2  (iFix019) and are having issues authenticating in IE 11.

When a user tries to first log into one of the applications (RTC, DNG, or RQM), he/she is prompted for credentials.  Another pop up appears for logging into JTS (we do not have SSO).  However, this pop up displays the "Loading...." and never recovers.

This same scenario happens no matter what application the user tries to log into first, including JTS.

We have tried clearing cache but is sporadic and works on occasion.  However, from time to time, it WILL work sometimes if you enter a bookmarked link directly to a dashboard in RTC.

HELP!  We can't tell users to try 5 different things to be able to log in.

The behavior does not sound right. When you try to log on to a CLM application, you should be redirected to the log in page, not a second window popping up. Also, the "Loading..." message does not indicate a "hang", it basically means that it fails to redirect to the log in page. It is hard to tell whether IE refuses to redirect, not something else causes the issue, just from the limited information provided in the post. It appears that the system is not properly configured, and I would suggest you start with some from basics.
