How to export all the user from one Team Area in Rtc and import to another Team Area which is on different rtc server

I have a one Team Area under a Project Area. I want to export all user of that Project area (Source)and I have a different Team Area on another RTC server(Which is Target) and I want to import those exported user to this Target Area. So, Basically I want to export all Users from source Team area and want to import those Users in Target Team Area(Target is on different Rtc Server.) How cam I do that?
