RPE Upgrade failing

Current version 2.1.2.0
Attempting to upgrade to 6.0.5.0

Getting the following error, please advise. I tried removing the file the error referenced, but then got the same error complaining about a different file.

We have an issue with upgrading from RPE 2.1.2 to 6.0.5, which is being fixed. As of now,  you can uninstall RPE 2.1.2 and install RPE 6.0.5 by adding public repository (http://www.ibm.com/software/repositorymanager/com.ibm.rational.rpe.offering/repository.xml
