hi,
while installing rtc 3.0.0 in was using sql database, i got this error in custom setup.


error look like this:

You need to configure JTS first before you can register the RTC application to it. 

Run /jts/setup from Web Browser. 


Also I would suggest to use the latest version of RTC ( JTS and CCM 6.0.4) since 3.x version if out of support.

 i got answer....its resloved i went to jts server administartion page and deleted registed application clm and re - registered the clm application and run the application wizard. its done!!!!
