CRJAZ0808I The driver "com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver" could not be loaded and registered.how to solve ?
Hi,
i am using websphere 7.0.0.3 for installing clm version 2 using ms sql (32bit) database. i have deployed jazz.war in websphere and set sql_jdbc path to my sqljdbc.jar file.(Absolute path:C:/ibmv2/sqlserver/sqljdbc.jar). i am using jdbc 2 sql driver for this. But its showing the error in custom setup like this.
"CRJAZ0808I The driver "com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver" could not be loaded and registered. Support for some database vendors requires that the JDBC driver JAR be provided in a path configured by the server scripts. If you are experiencing problems changing the database vendor, refer to the product setup instructions for more information"

Hi Sreenath,
Sorry for the stupid question: Isn't CLM 2.0 a very old and out of support version?
Can you please provide the page where you are getting the instructions from?
I found RTC 2.0 went out of support in 2015.
https://www-01.ibm.com/software/support/lifecycleapp/PLCSearch.wss?q=Rational+Team+Concert&ibm-search=Search
I earliest version of RTC that I can find is 3.0

Hi Sreenath,
I have another stupid question.
What is the reason for using such an old version?
Anthony.
Thank you for the link, I get the following message "You are not authorized to access Jazz Team Server Setup"
i have to upgarde some projects from version 2 to 6 . so i want to setup a environment for that. so i use version 2
Understood, sorry, I'm afraid I'm not the right person to answer your query. Perhaps there's someone else that may be able to. All the best with that.
