Importing the Traceability links from Requirements to Test cases in CLM 5.x

I have a scenario, wherein each test case is linked 80 requirements in RRC. The Test cases and requirements are already present in RRC and RQM respectively. The linking relationship between test case to requirement is many to many. Is there a way to import these traceability links from excel sheet.
