The current beta does not yet support Linux.
For GA, we will support RedHat Enterprise Linux 5 and Suse 10.

Ah, sorry. Just noticed you referred to RRC 1.x. I'll have to defer to someone else for any specific instructions to configure on Linux for that version, however you should be able to find what you're looking for in the help center.

Start here and follow the section on Installing and Upgrading.
https://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rpcmpose/v7r1m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.rational.rrc.relnotes.doc/rrc_relnotes.html

Also note that we only support the server on Linux, not the client.

I think some instructions for linux are missing.
(ex: an instruction how to start server configuration utility on Linux is missing ... I think there is only windows instaraciton. In linux case, I should launch server configration utility with "rrcconfig" script, right?)

I would like to add supplementary explanation.
What I'm looking for is like below link.

Following page is rtc's help , I'm looking for rrc version.
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rtc/v2r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.team.install.doc/topics/t_installing_with_selinux.html

Thank you.
