Nevermind..., new instructions mentioned import from /ccm/admin, not /jts/admin....it imported.

Similarly, some details of your steps to import the template would be helpful if you think that the error message above was not clear enough. The instructions or the displayed error message above may be candidates for improvement.

Hi, is it possible that the imported file is actually corrupted as the message suggests?
Hi Sterling,
I notice that you are using Chrome, have you tried using support FireFox version?
Also if template is version dependent, just wonder if yours is version 4.x?
