CLM 602
DB2.

Just did a fresh install, and

rm_user
qm_user
jts_user
ccm_user

have no licenses assigned. What should they have? I also can't create any Lifecycle Projects...

At least the rm_user needs the RM Application-Internal license.

I have never given any of these users any license so far. This should automatically happen during the setup/registration process as far as I can tell.

Yeah, the problem is this installation had a couple of errors...after finishing the install. No one has a license....

  1. What makes you think that simply adding the licenses will fix the problem?
  2. Wouldn't it be better to understand where the errors came from and how they can be avoided (e.g. using a correct install and setup sequence)?
