How to upgrade to SAFe process to 4.0?

We have some Project Areas using SAFe Process 3.0.

How to get the SAFe 4.0 process into RTC?
If I use deploy Templates, will it affect the existing templates? or will it only install SAFe 40?

We are using RTC 6.0.3

Also do you know what happens to the existing templates? RTC warns me me that the existing templates with same id is overwritten but I don't see anywhere the change log for existing templates.

I am talking about Formal Process model, Scrum, etc.
