Clustering with v4.0 for high availability on Windows?

Peggy Graham (2621) | asked Sep 20 '12, 7:26 p.m.
Hello,

The current v4.0 documentation says:

"Restriction: Currently, the clustering feature is supported only on AIX® and non-virtualized x86 Linux systems. See the Detailed System Requirements page for supported versions of these platforms."  Here's the link to that help topic, for reference: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/topic/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/c_clustering.html

Are there any plans to add support for clustering on Windows, and if so, approximately when?

Thank you,

Peggy Graham

Here is a work item tracking support for clustering on Windows:
Configure and validate virtualized Window cluster (216158).

Here is the plan item for solidifying clustering:
Solidify clustering for high-availability (212982).
