DCC setup error in JTS 6.0.3

Hello All,

we have upgraded JTS server from ver 6.0 to JTS ver 6.0.3 ver.

In 6.0.3 we are using Derby Dba nd WAS liberty profile .

When I am trying to acces https://<hostname>:9443/dcc/web I m getting below error as :

Error 503: CRJAZ1173W The com.ibm.rational.datacollection.service.internal.web.IWebRedirector service is not available.

I have register Data Collection Component with the Jazz Team Server still I am getting the same error.

Can you please provide solution on it.

Hi Monali, The error you mentioned is typically caused by registering application or database connection in DCC. Can you open the setup wizard again, and see everything is ok (register application, finalize application for dcc application)? If problem persists, unregister DCC once and re-register it again.
