How to approve the work item through email instead of IBM RTC.
Hello Everyone,
My task is to send the approval through Email,or to manage the approval through email instead of managing through CCM web client.How to integrate email to IBM RTC for approval,so that there is no need to manage the approval through IBM RTC. Someone please help me to achieve this task.

Comments I comes to know that CM-Logic has an email reader for the Jazz platform.Do you have any idea -how to achieve these with email reader. If you don't want to pay for CM-Logic e-mail reader, you have to create your own custom solution. Nothing difficult, but it still requires some expertise (e.g., mail server, Jazz platform extensions etc.).
