[closed] Adding Formal Project Management Features to SCRUM Template (Person Hours)

I want to add the time tracking features from Formal Process Template to SCRUM template.  I have successfully added everything, but I have having problems with the complexity attribute.  I have created the custom attribute as duration type, as described.  But now in my Sprint Plans and Release Plans in the the 'Person Hours' (Complexity Attribute) shows crazy data.


I was expecting to see regular durations like. 8hrs or 1 hrs etc.  How do I get this field to show proper values?

 It appears the IBM Knowledge Center is wrong.  It instructs you to create a custom attribute with type of 'Duration'.


But that is not supported.  Please see these answers:
