Error while Accessing QM Project Area from JTS.

I have installed JTS, QM and CCM on three different machines and all are up and running. However when I am logged in to JTS and try to switch my Project Area to QM then I am getting error that you are successfully log in to JTS but you cannot access Rational Quality Manager.

Error message:

You have successfully logged in to Jazz Team Server but you are not authorized to access Rational Quality Manager.

An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400. Message:CRJAZ0977I The "com.ibm.team.jazz.foundation.enterprise-v3" server license policy does not allow the "com.ibm.rqm.login" operation.

Is that the full detail of the message ?  If I recall, there is usually a suggestion for why.

Not quite sure why the original error message was edited out of the OP. I got it from my email notification, and you should definitely check the license.

You have successfully logged into Jazz Team Server but you are not authorized to access Rational Quality Manager.  An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400. Message: CRJAZ0977I The "com.ibm.team.jazz.foundation.enterprise-v3" server license policy does not allow the "com.ibm.rqm.login" operation.

 I did update the description. 

But we actually did refer to this url for a similar question and tried giving the licenses to the user:

We did assigned Rational quality manager-connector" license to the user but it didn't work.

What is public URL that you have set for all this three applications. I believe you are using reverse proxy server.

The first thing I will check is license.

 We restarted all the JTS servers as well as Websphere services and now it's working. I could access the QM Project from JTS Dashboard.
