Is there any possibility to do client or server side changes for RQM using sdk. If it is possible kindly provide how to write UI Extensions and its Extension point where the client and server changes to be made.

Earlier to 5.X version RQM has a capability to perform some sdk changes. But now is it possible?

RQM unfortunately does not provide an SDK. Doors Next neither. Doors Next provides a JavaScript Client API that can be used see: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RMExtensions602

So as far as I know only RTC provides a server side SDK and a Java API.

There are some shared API parts such as process template management, user management, project area management that are shared and can be accessed using the client API.

There might be some related extension points still in RQM and DoorsNext, but all those are not documented and there is basically no SDK available.
