Hey Sindhu,

Summary of the test case is available under <dcterms:title> tag in the test case response.

Something like, 

<dcterms:title rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string">Test_test_Test_case_modified</dcterms:title>
