We have recently upgraded from CLM 6.0.1 to 6.03. In RDNG we found that there is a new feature called 'Workflow for requirements'.

Can you please let me know:
  1. Do we need to have GCM enabled to implement workflows for requirements ?
  2. If the project area uses process configuration from another project area, in which PA should we define the workflow?
  3. How to create a workflow and assign it to a requirement artifact type. Any links?
  4. Once a workflow is assigned to an artifact type (which did not have any workflow earlier), what happens to the existing artifacts? Are they automatically put in the first available state ?

Please find all the details for DNG workflows here: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_6.0.3/com.ibm.rational.rrm.help.doc/topics/c_req_workflows.html
