 We need an email notification automatically sent to the person who created the review when a reviewer/approver completes their review. Is there a way this can be done.

  The specific question I asked for automatic email generation to the person who created the review when a reviewer/approver completes thier review is NOT in the online help. The online help is generic and useless.

Vernita, maybe you don't like the online help, but at least it's quite clear on what events result in an email being sent.
The one you are looking for isn't in that list, hence the functionality you are looking for isn't there/can't be done.

You can file a request for enhancement with IBM. Don't have the link at hand right now though.
