Steps to Patch CLM from 3.0.1 to 3.0.1.5 on Windows?

Hi All,
  
We are planning to patch the RTC/RQM/RRC to 3.0.1.5 version.
Current Environment:
CLM 3.0.1 and its hosted on a windows server with Derby database and web stuffs running  on the built-in Apache.
 
 
Could you guys please update me the steps to patch from 3.0.1 to 3.0.1.5?
