Tabled view for RQM reports

In RQM 4.0.0.1, the following report does not show the Tabled view below the graph:



Whereas the below report graph does show the Tabled view just  below the graph:


Any reason why not all reports shows the tabled view below the graphs??
Is there a way to get this tabled view displayed in this fashion for all the graphs in RQM?

We have to manually modify our BIRT reports template to add a table under the graph. Which report that you do not see the table. If you are asking the "Execution Status by Test Case Category using Weight (Live)" report, the enhancement was created Execution Status by Test Case Category using Weight (Live) BIRT report should also display a table along with the chart (78112).
