Why would you run a build against a Rational Quality Manager context root if you talk about RTC?

Hi,

I just want to run this wiki :

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/CommandLineBuild but after clicking finish (end of New Build Definition )

 I get the error above...

Ralph's reply still applies. Builds should not be run against RQM. SCM functions are part of CCM.
