Fetching build schedule failed

Hello,

I am trying to create a build definition with Rational team concert but I get this error :

CRJAZ0106E The server is temporarily unavailable. The request for the following URL was denied: /qm/service/com.ibm.team.build.internal.common.ITeamBuildService.

could someone help me ?

Ok,  I want to find informations about Builds ( definitions and records  ) in RQM

Do you know if these is some wiki about this ?

Hi,

I just want to run this wiki :

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/CommandLineBuild but after clicking finish (end of New Build Definition )

 I get the error above...

Ralph's reply still applies. Builds should not be run against RQM. SCM functions are part of CCM.

 Why would you run a build against a Rational Quality Manager context root if you talk about RTC?
