Chain build requests with RTC build engine

Is it possible to chain 2 build requests in RTC?
I mean this scenario: the user requests (manually) build1; after build1 has completed (or just before, inside the build definition), build2 is invoked.
Is it possible to do this via a command-line execution, an Ant task or an API method?
Our RTC version is 4.0.6
