Apply changes to process template to existing project area

Could someone confirm it is true or not that in RTC 2.0, changes to process template will be applied automatically to existing project area which created using it ?

We know this was not true in 1.0.1.1 as we had to add the change to the process configuration source directly.

Changes to a template are not applied to existing projects.

Behavior here is the same in RTC 1.x and 2.x.
