Critical Eclipse client bugs in i-fix2 and i-fix3

jim herron (814427) | asked Jun 23 '10, 2:19 p.m.
I recently upgraded RTC to i-fix2 because plan views in the web client were badly formatted and not usable for our .NET users. Unfortunately, both i-fix2 and i-fix3 have broken our ability to update estimates and time spent in the MyWork view and in plans for the Eclipse client.

Has anybody else seen this behavior? I have tried upgrades and clean installs. I submitted a bug, but have not yet seen any response or action on the issue.

I consider this a critical problem. Part of the value of RTC is the ease of setting and maintaining estimates and time spent. (If it ain't easy, they don't do it) Users now have to open the individual work items to update the values, which impacts both individual effort and the group collaboration meetings

I would suggest that you contact the support organization for this
issue, and let them know about the work item that you have created.
