Scheduling of data warehousing and other tasks

Hi,

since we have more servers and applications on the same HW machine, I
would like to avoid batch/scheduled tasks to run at the same time on the
server (e.g. data warehousing scheduled to start at 0:05).

I was wondering: when the jazz scheduler start e.g. DW? I can find delay
parameter only...

Thanks!

Roman

Set the following advanced property for each of your servers:
"Data Warehouse Snapshot Time" to a value between 1 and 24. This will be the hour at which all snapshots will run for that particular server. Notice that the snapshots will not run at the same time. They will form a queue and only one will be running. This applies to only the data warehouse snapshot tasks.

Hi,
I have a question: where I find this property? In my Admin web page I don't see it. :(

Make sure you are using a 1.0.1.1 or 2.0 server.
