Hi there is some feasibilty requirement for JRS report Please find the description?

In our Project there are some status workflow configured based on tht we need build report ,The rejection rate of integrated issues .

We need to achive based on the formula as below.
The rejection rate of integrated issues is
defined as A / (A+B)
where
A = number of issues with transition
“Reject Fix”
from status “Integrated” to status
“Rejected”
B = number of issues with transition
“Accept Fix”
from status “Integrated” to status
“Verified”
measured over a configurable period of
time.

SO can i get some tips or guidelines to proceed with report? how to proceed this type of complex requirement in JRS reports for customer?or shud we achieve in Advance section?
