how do i programatically get implements requirement link data added in RTC?

I have added a requirements link in RTC under implements requirement. Upon selection of any requirement id from Doors, can i programatically get the requirement id of the selected requirement?

Can you please clarify if you are trying this in DOORS Next generation or DOORS 9.5?
