How to resolve persistent diagnostic message?

Stephane Couillaud (15632545) | asked May 19 '17, 1:53 p.m.

We are receiving the following email on a daily basis from our RM server:

One or more diagnostics is reporting a problem.  See details below.

<o:p> </o:p>

The diagnostic "Background Task" reports an ERROR:

<o:p> </o:p>

CRJAZ1992E The "com.ibm.team.repository.DbHeartbeat" task could not be completed and is now unscheduled. Error details: "The schema mapping for the package mapping table could not be created"

Visit http://ourhostname/rm/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.serverDiagnostics for a full diagnostic report.

If I go to the URL above there are no errors.  In fact, I would expect it to be there.  IF I run the diagnostics manually there are no error either.

I have restarted the application.  I have cleared all the logs and cache but to no avail.  I can't figure out where this message is being logged and how to reset it.  It seems to be cached somewhere.

Any clues to clear it would be appreciated.  Thanks.
