DOORS Next Generation artifacts are missing in artifact folder

I am using CLM 6.0.2.

I imported a document Word document into a module in DOORS Next Generation.
All artifacts are shown in the module, but an artifact is not showing in the artifact folder.
I did some investigation and noticed that if a table in Word document is too long (say more than 3 pages), then this artifact will not be shown in the artifact folder.
Please help on this.

There is a workitem for this issue.

To fix existing issues, IBM Support can provide FolderIntegrityCheck tool to bring the missing artifacts back to the artifact folder.
To prevent this issue from happening in the future, you will need to apply CLM 6.0.2 iFix010.
