 Hello Everyone,


We have many WORD documents to be imported in DNG from Windchill.
Currently we convert all the WORD document data in EXCEL and import it back in DNG. 

Is there any recommended or easiest way to import WORD documents in DNG?

Have you tried the " Import a text document and convert to a rich text artifact" wizard?

Yes, we tried and it does not work either.

We have many tables and diagrams and it always throws an error saying "ID CRRRW7573E  The errors might be due to problems with the file contents. Review the status messages shown. You might be able to modify the Microsoft Word document to allow it to be imported without errors.

 We tried removing all the diagramns and still it does not work.

I suggest submitting a defect to IBM Support.   Please report back to the forum what you find out.
