Why are requirements delimiters and keywords for import into DNG not being saved?

We just upgraded from DNG 5.0.2 to DNG 6.0.2, and now, the delimiters and keywords used for importing requirements from Word into Modules are no longer being saved. What could be causing this? I did not see any bug reports on it.
