In my rm/teamserver.properties I see the entry
com.ibm.team.jfs.app.transition.mode.enabled=true
and I would like to know what the parameter is for.

Affected systems has been upgraded since Jazz 4.0.5 in small steps.
Is there a comprehensive list of teamserver.properties entries?

Addition: the affected /rm systems have been split off from jts when DNG got its own .war file.

No, no such list is available.
And as far as I know is that a low level param for keeping track of the application type and its authentication mode.
