VS RTC plugin ifix9 missing dotnet.native jar ??

We're just upgraded to 602 ifix9. Users are starting to upgrade client tools .
We have VS 2010/13 and 2015 versions.
Using IBMIM they have both the base 602 plugin media and ifix9 patch in their repo path.
On install it errors out stating it can't find a dotnet.native jar file in the ifix9/native dir.

Anyone else have this issue?
