Required Approvals - adding a number required
I have a set of approvals triggered at various workflow states for example :
At state 1 - there is a requirement for a Review approval to exist in Pending status
At state 2 - there is a requirement for the Review to be Approved and a new requirement for there to be an Approval in Pending
At state 3 - a requirement to have an Approval in Approved state
I'm hitting an issue that if there are more than one Approval entries - even though one is approved, the system will not permit me to move forward to State 3 as it still sees the other approvals in pending status.
I thought there was a way to setup how many reviews, approvals or verifications are needed ? but I can't find where that setting is.
