Why am I getting projects out of sync most of the time?

What could be the reason for getting projects out of sync when I load projects to eclipse workspace from an rtc stream? It seem to happen with a random chance but very frequently. I am using rtc client p2 repo 6.0.2. But I had the same issue with earlier version 5.0.2.

 If there is no bug involved you cause out of sync if you happen to load the same repository workspace to multiple sandbox locations in parallel and work on them. If you check in any change in one sandbox, all other sandboxes and their repository workspace are out of sync.
