TypeError: this.fSource is undefined when creating or editing plans in RTC web client

 Trying to create new plans or edit existing plans in RTC web client fails with the following message:

 Having an 'Invalid Plan Mode' entry under Plan modes causes this error. 
The main reason for the 'Invalid Plan Mode' entry is editing the plan configuration from both the Eclipse and web client. 

Steps to resolve:

1. Connect to the project area using RTC Eclipse client.  
   
2. Open the Project Area and navigate to Process Configuration -->  Configuration Data --> Planning --> Plan Views (unconfigured).  

3. Under Plan Modes, verify if there is an 'Invalid Plan Mode' entry.  
   
4. If yes, delete this, save and then verify the plan working in the web-client.
