Receiving java.lang.IllegalArgumentException error when loading repository items in eclipse client - windows

Problem. I am trying to load from a stream to my workspace in eclipse in windows and I am receiving the error I listed in the summary. In the error log it states "an internal error occurred during Loading repository workspace and response content length is not known. Does anyone know why I am receiving this error and how to fix it? I am receiving that error when loading from any stream from my project

Any detailed messages? Usually you can expand the error message to see the details. Or check the Eclipse .log file for more details.

I work in a closed area so I cant just copy and paste the log details

However this message is repeated over and over in the eclipse log

!ENTRY org.apache.commons.httpClient.httpMethodBase 1 800 2017-0407

!MESSAGE Response content length is not known, other than the listing of the java files and the java error listed, this

is the only other error

Is there a firewall between the RTC client and server? It appears to be a connection issue to me. I suggest you contact IBM Support so that the relevant log files can be sent it for investigation.
