How to recover a deleted test environment in RQM?

Markus Farnung (141117) | asked Mar 16 '17, 12:09 p.m.

I deleted a test environment in RQM.
How can I recover the test environment? It is not listed in the trash. Also in the Lap Management it seems to be only possible to recover Lab Resources.

Hi, Markus

What version of RQM do you use? I tried with 6.0.3/5.0.2 and deleted a test environment, I do see it sitting in trash view(I need to select test environment in the trash view though). You may want to check with Trash View > View as Audit (after selecting Test Environment) and see if there is a permanent delete trace there. Basically the menus you see in the trash view should allow to restore(recover) so long as you have the permissions.

Hi Don,
thank you for your fast answer. I oversaw the "Test Environment" selection in the trash.
