How do test artifact IDs get lost?

I am looking at the new trash feature in RQM 4.0.x. I notice that there are some "missing" test case result IDs. I can't find a particular Test Case Result (in this case 12393) in the list of active Test Case Results nor in the list of Trash Test Case Results. What happened to that Test Case Result ID?

 Hi Paul,

Have you permanently deleted the Trash Test Case Result in the Trash View?  If so, you would not see it any longer.

And in the Trash View, not sure if you select View: as Test Case Result before search with 12393.

You could have a try with other Test Case Result.
