Unable to restore RQM TestCase Execution Record from Trash View

 Morning,

I want to restore a deleted TCER from trash view but RQM returns a rare error..
"Can not be restored because a test case execution record has been found that has these IDs and name: 77.006, IBR-PRW-SAP-OBRAS."

Yes, there is a record with this ID and name, the one im trying to restore!

Any ideas how to solve it ??

RQM version: 5.0.1 iFix005

Thank you.

Unfortunately you have found a bug in the message that is generated.  As you note, the ID and name are those of the item you are trying to restore, not the ID and name of the duplicated test case execution record.

I will open a defect to fix the message.  In the meantime, you may be able to find the other TCER by doing a search based on the attributes of the TCER you are trying to restore: TestCase, TestPlan, TestPhase and Test Environment. You should be able to find it in the Browse page for TCERs.

The defect is The error message about a failure to restore a TCER because of duplicate indicates the wrong ID and name (158063)
