Can anyone help me please that "How to create rational verification tracebility matrix  (rvtm)" ?

   I am not aware of how to create  verification Tracebility matrix in clm.

Please help me.

Forget about the term, what particular traceability matrix (regarding what?) are you looking for? In general, you need to use a reporting tool to generate a report for a traceability matrix/report in CLM.

I think you mean 'Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix' or RVTM.  In this case, see Tracking requirement coverage from test plans.  In CLM, you can write a report in Report Builder to report on the requirements, development items, and tests (including their traceability) in CLM.
