RQM 6.0.3 sandbox: can i add custom attributes to test steps in the sandbox? I only have "JazzUser" Role and do not see the "Manage Project Properties" menu option to be able to add custom attributes to the test steps.

I tried with 6.0.2 Sandbox(my role is jazz user only) and see Manage Project Properties and I am able to add custom attribute for test step, you may want to try with sandbox 6.0.2 instead.

Thanks but I am specifically looking for it to work in the sandbox in 6.0.3 since I want to test if custom attributes can be edited during test script execution in 6.0.3 because it is not allowed in 6.0.2.
