Table and figures are not updating eventhough I did 2 times update

Hi,

I am trying to generate Test Plan from RQM through RPE. I am facing problem in updating List tables and figures section. I did 2 times (like Update page numbers only and update tables) by selecting all document.

I have 2 questions as below:
1. How to add a table with caption in RQM directly.Is there settings that I need to update to add this. Now I am copying tables tables from word document to RQM.
2. I have a section (like Test Strategy with 10 tables and 3 figures) and this data is not exporting as tables and figures from RPE. I can see text as Table 1:xyzxyz but it is not updating in the list of tables. Please suggest any option to find and replace "Tables" with "Table caption". I think this will work.
3. Is there any script I need write to update this "List of tables" and "List of figures" as dynamic.

Please provide some solution. Appreciate your help.
