Publishing RQM custom sections in RPE

Hello,

I  have made a custom section "Input" in the RQM test case. My requirement is to print the data mentioned in its rich text into RPE. I understand that I need to have the qm.xsd which can extract the contents of this new custom section. But, if a new qm.xsd is made, how will it get uploaded onto the server from where my RQM is running. All my RQM data is fetched from the server login only. Kindly provide the steps by which i can publish this  data with RPE.
