 How do I get to the various dashboards -- team, project, personal, mini?

Under the Project Dashboards menu of QM, the menu option with the project name will bring you to the project dashboard.  The other menu option for All <project name> Dashboards will bring up the page with all the team dashboards within the project.

Personal dashboards are access through the Personal Dashboards entries from the Home menu, the Home icon at the left of the banner.

Mini dashboard are collapsed at the left of the page (default).  It can be customized to dock at the right of the page.  It has grey background with the dashboard icon (4 squares) at the top.  Click on the grey bar will expand to show the mini dashboard.
