Rational Insight Cognos reports in an RTC Dashboard

We upgraded RTC from 5.x to 6.0.3 and the "Custom Report" widget was not present after the upgrade.  The "Custom Report" widget was being used to display Rational Insight Cognos reports in CCM dashboards.  Does something need to be done in 6.0.3 to get the "Custom Report" widget back?

Custom Report Widget has been removed in version 6.
